She brings 2.5 years of experience in the sports industry to the clinic and additionally holds a FIFA diploma in Football Medicine. Certified in advanced techniques like Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, Mulligan manual therapy, blood flow restriction therapy and Neurodynamic Solutions, Zishta specializes in on-field management, return-to-sports rehab, and sports injury rehabilitation. With a passion for evidence-based practice, Zishta provides personalized treatment plans that empower individuals to achieve optimal physical health and successfully return to their sport or activity.
